Wow, where in the world has 2011 gone? It seems like just yesterday I was looking at the calendar saying "well, summer's here" and before we know it, school has started back up.
Silvestri Consulting, LLC stayed busy throughout the entire summer working on some awesome projects.
At the beginning of August, I was at the Clinton Township Gratiot Cruise and had a great time, even though I spent most of my time working it. I had the opportunity to ride in the opening parade in a 2011 Ford Mustang Convertible, courtesy of Mike Dorian Ford in Clinton Township. You can find pictures from the Gratiot Cruise on the Cruise website, and I will have some photos in our photo gallery soon.
I also worked on two projects, the migration of the "Tall Oaks Living" site to Drupal (from straight HTML) and the migration of the "Champion Karate" site to a new domain and hosting account. I am also in the process of working on two new client sites, both of which are being built in the Drupal CMS.
I don't know where to begin, because I've been so busy with this. I am in the process of building a new theme for their site, have been updating and working on a new Photo Gallery and Calendar system for their site.
In the process of developing a "brand-icon" for this site, we also went ahead and registered "stronald.net" and "stronald.org", both of which redirect to the current site. I also build additional sites on these two domains as sub-domains.
I have also been very busy taking pictures at the numerous events they have- we snapped over 1,500 pictures during their "PandaMania Vacation Bible School" program the first week of August, and their "40th Celebration/Parish Picnic" is coming up next weekend.
