Built using the Drupal Content Management System (CMS), the theme is a customized version of a theme called "Black Mamba", with the Suckerfish drop-down menus and other nice features. I began the consulting process in September 2009, by meeting with the Pastoral Administrator and Parish Secretary about how I could meet our needs with a new website. Our previous website (coincidentally, a poorly designed Joomla site), was being hosted on a subdomain, even though the parish had purchased a domain name.
In the early morning hours of January 1, 2010, the new site was released on the Drupal platform. After the new pastor arrived in July 2010, we decided that it was time for a new website design template, so version 2 of the site was released. I am now in the process of releasing some new theme "pieces" over the next couple of months on this site, which are currently in development.
